Most people like to think that “digital transformation” is just using new software and some innovative features and then they are ready and prepared. In fact this is a very wrong assumption. Digital Transformation is happening in the vision, in the mission, the mindset, the people, the processes and many more factors. All these elements have nothing to do with technology, software, code or anything else.
Companies should focus on their own culture first, create a clear vision and prepare the people to be part of this vision and feel well in this culture. When this happened they can focus on integrating new technologies and new tools to help this change and to enable new business growth.
